有法蘭克福香腸、BBQ汁手撕豬肉、洋蔥粒、烤蒜、辣茄汁。熱狗配搭得好好,手撕豬肉配上醬汁辣辣地十分惹味,令整個熱狗口感更有層次。 扭扭薯條,份量都唔少,炸得非常香脆,本身已經有味道,不用蘸番茄醬已經好好食。

Mint cool Green Tea唔甜,大量的薄荷葉增加飲品的清新度,味道也豐富,幾refreshing。Churros with Ice Cream可以揀海鹽味或者榛子味雪糕。小編揀咗榛子味雪糕,不過食到後來會有少少膩。上面嘅churros真係好正,玉桂粉同糖嘅比例都剛剛好。

店員會先係石碗到將抹茶粉磨成泡,然後再倒入牛奶當中。飲時要先搞拌均勻再飲。飲落抹茶味超級香濃,入口順滑,而且甜度適中。抹茶同牛奶嘅比例剛好,唔會比抹茶嘅味道搶哂。

做法簡單但非常適合佐酒的頭盤,主廚先把一條吞拿魚塊煎香每一個表面,再把吞拿魚切成大小相近的立方體、配上醋漬的香料、橄欖油和牛油果蓉。稍微煎過又保持生鮮的吞拿魚塊口感同時有著嚼勁和Q彈,而香料和牛油果蓉則為吞拿魚塊添加了清新的夏日感覺。

是一道以西班牙雪梨酒、海膽醬、清酒、味醂和奶油為基底加入米型粉煮成的主食,糅合了意大利的煮法與西班牙和日本材料。除了海膽味濃郁外,主廚還在米型粉上堆放了兩片甘甜的海膽、少許鮮味的三文魚籽和食用花來裝飾。以匙羹舀起一少口,基底的酒香已經急不及待的湧出來,當中以比較霸氣的清酒味較重,然而得益於酒精在加熱中揮發,入口的酒味不會太重。與一般的意大利燉飯有點不一樣的是米型粉沒有生米的咬口,口感會比較軟糯。而最令人愛上的是每一口的米型粉都讓人充分的感受到海膽的鮮味,再加上少許的新鮮海膽的回甘和三文魚子油香加持下,譜出一首美妙的鮮味交響曲。

採用日本宇治山政小山園抹茶粉為材料, 並以一隻白瓷大茶杯裝載,杯內杯外都有漂亮粉紅色櫻花點綴,而且還有整齊拉花在上面。茶味不錯,有抹茶味但又不會苦澀,而且也不太甜,水準不錯。
